Here?s your reminder fellas, don?t forget Valentines for the ladies. We?re going out Saturday to Seafood Revolution to celebrate early. Besides that, no solid plans. Lunch today I had an antipasto plate

Grilled steaks last night. Had the game on while getting the little backyard garden ready. Typical bulldogs sending me to the beer fridge.

Going to start on something with a bag of ducks shortly for dinner.

Unfortunately, I am on soup and liquids ( non alcoholic). Flew home early Thursday to let the Dr tell me I have the flu. This sucks. But the wife has made homemade potato soup, chicken noodle soup, and vegetable soup. She making 15 bean soup tomorrow. She has control of the kitchen for now.

I just completed one hell of a work weekend. Dropping kids off and date night with the wife.

Ouch. Hope that flu passes quick. We've been lucky so far.

Cooked down some ducks, sausage, onion, garlic & apple for a couple hours. Served over some rice and it's fine.

Seafood Revolution was legit. I got a whole snapper over etouffee. The carnage:

I'm a little disappointed to see the fish's cheeks and throat intact.**

Looks awesome, though.
