Damn, EPB. Now I've got to get a new router.
I know some places had negative experiences with municipal broadband a decade or so ago. But why more cities or counties -- especially in the rural parts of the South that don't have tons of high-speed options -- don't follow EPB's model is beyond me.
(Sorry for the "Rah Chattanooga!" post. I just thought it was pleasantly bizarre enough to warrant sharing.)
