I think I'm gonna put $100 on Georgia and $50 on ehlinger. Really think Georgia finally solves Bama this year. I like ehlinger bc I think Texas will be really good and he faces big12 defenses.

What are your picks?

Lawrence is winning the Heisman. Don't put your money on anybody else.

I don't think it's done deal. Tua or fromm will be QB on a playoff team. Both of the them will have much higher profile games than Lawrence will get. I definetely think Lawrence is the favorite though. I'm going with ehlinger though in the hopes he gets them to the playoff... a Texas qb that gets them there is a strong candidate. It will pay $800 on a $50 bet, so I'll chance it

Question is can Tua stay upright for a complete season? He seems to be injury prone. With Bamer?s backup situation now if he goes down they could be looking at ****gasps**** only 10 wins.

Be funny as hell his brother comes in and is better and wouldn't that be a good QB controversy?

yeah Tua's lack of durability is a big wildcard. Also when pressured he sucked, and Bama has a new OL coach, so that's another variable.

Outside of the obvious, Bama and Clemson, I believe that Texas will make a splash as a dark horse. Georgia will get hosed again somehow /someway (but too early to tell),,,,and Michigan, Ohio State, and Oklahoma are just side noises by the press (as always)

Not just his durability. I?m still not sold on him talent wise. Yeah he torched a bunch of rudy poots for 27,000 yards and 1,300 TDS, but against really good defenses he looked confused and down right shitty at times. Hell even his stat line against Mizzou is average at best.

He has a great arm but I am not convinced that he is good at going through his progressions. Also it helps when you have the best group of WRs every week.

Jeudy is on there. Talk about throwing away your money. When is the last time a WR was in the top three of the Heisman? He is a great WR but he won't get enough catches to be in consideration. Just like Bama's RB group. They have a ton of 5 star RB that they just rotate through. To have a chance at a Heisman, you need to be the workhorse.
