Buy if not tonight.

I hate it when the Refs determine the out come game.

Does not really matter. that call altered the trajectory and history of many players and two
Organizations.

Sell. If they aren't fired via telephone tonight, then the league office is full of cowards. They should never work in the NFL again. And I'm not joking. A suspension or an ass chewing would be silly. But the league will issue an apology and do nothing.

They cost Brees and Payton a shot at title number 2. There is no other way to say it. Accountability has to be in place for such egregious errors. I hope they are fired over this.

refs have been blowing calls since the beginning of sports. If Payton runs on first down and runs again on 3rd down, the Saints win the game.

It's astonishing and very telling that we are even debating it. The fact that folks actually wonder if they will be held accountable at all just shows how the profession has an accountability problem.

error. Course, that's of little consolation at this point but I do expect the league to take action swiftly, considering the magnitude of the error. Now, it'll prolly be smoke and mirrors but I'd be shocked if they did nothing.

Officials missed a call that could have been pass interference, helmet to helmet, unnecessary roughness, face guarding, any of them. Instead it was none of them.

The game, and legacies, were changed.

They will do nothing. Because if the whole crew isn't fired, then they've done nothing. Firing the whole crew is the only thing you can do.

Game should never have gotten to the point where a ref call or miscall determined the outcome. Should?ve scored in their first two possessions instead of only getting FGs.

But to answer you question, yes they should be fired immediately.

The problem is professional sports and the SEC as well insist on bringing in human error into the equation when they could eliminate that with technology.

Chiefs getting some help now. I'm not sure what conspiracy to believe now.
I do believe if Brady needs some help on the last drive he'll get it but he probably won't need any help.

Yeah, this game is pretty straight up. Bad call on the roughing, but rest looks ok

what accountability? Surely you jest? SEC, NCAA, NBA, etc are all rigged to a certain degree whether we are honest enough to admit it or not.

Sell. The NFL wanted LA and New England in the SB... much more eyes to watch than NO and KC, even when LA has a hard time supporting two teams. It doesn't matter that NE will be going for the third straight time... they can sell more tickets in Boston and LA than KC and NO. The fix was in -- late story says refs were from LA area.

The mayor of Atlanta was a smartass about not wanting the Saints in Atlanta but I'll bet she'd take them now. Today cost Atlanta a lot of money.
Edited: Changed he'd to she'd. A man would have gladly taken the Saints fan's money*.

Saw another angle on the No call. There were 2 refs looking right at the play. This ref crew was normally assigned the Rams games during the season. WTF were they doing in New Orleans? Dam you to hell Roger Goodell.

Gonna have to call BS on certain crews being normally assigned to any team. It was a terrible non-call though.

They have replay use it. I think a coach should be able to protest non calls like that. So what if it slows the game down at lest they get it right.
