Our Guys could have much better results if they would 1). take the extra second to make a good pass. 2). check around themselves and know where to other teams players are. 3). general ball handling. Those were my non-coach observations.

I thought we were hitting the boards real well.....better than usual. Especially the offensive boards......BUT could not finish off of those rebounds at point blank range. I think we run that weave out front just to run off about 10-15 seconds, and then see who's open and get the ball to them. Basically run the weave to shorten the game and keep Vandy's offense from getting up to speed. The worse thing to do at Vandy is let their crowd get into it. Then it's like playing down hill for them and the refs. Hard to stop.

The foul occurred before the shot actually. We fouled him twice before he took off. Should have been a 1 and 1 opportunity but you are right someone should have helped there and blocked the lane to take the charge or at least divert him.

As long as we don’t turn the ball over, we should win this comfortably. We should also be more aggressive and get steals from them instead of letting them run their offense. They have no point guard. We should be able to turn their ass over.

Robert Woodard is going to be really good. He doesn't have the body/frame of a true freshman; he actually reminds me a lot of Jamont Gordon, in that regard.

Dumb take by me. We do need leadership from the seniors but if we can get it from the freshmen or Nick W I’d be good with it. We got a lot of contributions from everyone. Everyone who played tonight scored. Q played really well and we started the game with the best effort we’ve had all year. We need to split this week. I think we lose at Rupp and win against Auburn at home. Need the Hump to be packed Saturday.

With Lamar being a much better perimeter shooter, I tend to agree. Nick is also a better penetrator. Lamar is deadly on the catch and shoot. Lamar could average 18+ ppg playing off the ball.

Lamar is so good when he can set his feet and catch and shoot. Hell he’s a dead eye shooter when he just lines himself up off the dribble. We will need everyone hitting if we want to pull the upset Tuesday. I think we can. Just have to play with the intensity we played with to begin the game tonight. Should have a lot of confidence heading into the Tuesday game.

I?m at camp and had to try to catch what my AT&T service would allow on watch espn. The announcers pointing something out at the end that many of us here point out every game. Q?s lack of ?motor? at times. Fishback stated that this was the reason the nba scouts were not high on him. They get paid to evaluate the things all of us see on a weekly basis. How has this not been translated to Q as something to work on since his freshman year?

It?s the same for great business minded people who fear public speaking. Their boss or coach tells them this is their weakness. They should go work on their weakness if that is what is holding them back.

Presenting in front of superiors was difficult for me a few years ago. The knowdge and experience was there. Not having much speaking/presenting experience I struggled. I was told this was something i needed to work on. Guess what, I set up presentations that were not routine just to practice and get feedback. After 2-3 years those same superiors are allowing me to present things without them being there. I was told a weakness and addressed it head on.

Why hasn?t Q done this? This is what it takes to move past your skills that need work. If he wants to be a NBA player. He truly needs to address them.
