OT: Question for the Weathermen

I'm headed to Nashville this weekend to visit family and I've got some tickets to the game at vandy. I've heard all over today that the weather is going to get pretty bad between Nashville and Starkville and that if I go I may get stuck with icy roads keeping me there through the weekend. Any of the weather guys have any info/recommendations for what i should do?
