Why even use replay if you aren't even going to get the play right?

It was clear on replay that Evans' left foot slid onto white sideline on that play, yet the ruling on the field stands. This happens more times than not on replays that I get to see on TV. How hard is it to use current day technology to get the calls correct, if you are going to stop the games and review the play?

Interesting. I thought that it was clear on the replay that he stayed in bounds. Particularly the shot from directly behind.
