My son and I are in Washington. Are there any State fans in the Nation?s Capital going to an establishment to watch the bowl game? I?d enjoy watching the game with some fellow Dogs.

There is/was a MSU alumni chapter in the greater Washington area. It would meet 3 or 4 times a year in the 90's when I was in the area. Jackie Sherrill would bring a plane load of coaches and a few alumni each year to one big mtg.
