Both would be good baseball players. We know about Murray but did you notice how fast Tua got rid of the ball. If he ever played catcher no one would steal on him with that quick release. What position is Murray projected to play?

The biggest difference is that the wrong one has a heisman trophy.

We always focus on the wrong areas. Tua, Murray, etc isn't where BAMA beats everybody. It's the offensive line. BAMA's OL dominated OK and to me, they looked almost twice as big as OK's DL. Tua got great pass protection and the Harris RBs had a field day.....why?......the OL of BAMA.

This is true. But look at those 3 QBs. Tua, Kyler Murray, and Trevor Lawrence. Those dudes are freaking game changers because of the arm talent in combination with their speed. If we had Kyler plus our OL, we have a chance to beat Bama this year. But we also had the defense to shut them down and OU didn't.

And throw fromm in there bc Georgia is one of the best teams in the country too. It's no accident that Murray, fromm, and tua are top 3 in the country in passer rating. Lawrence will be up there next season as a sophomore

This. And I know Dak had talent around him but he has the arm talent to compete against the top teams. I'm hoping Shrader is that guy. Our defense over the next 2 years is still going to be very good. But we need our OL to pan out, we need Torbor, Whop, and a few others to shine, and we need our QBs to be Top 5 in the SEC throwing the football.

Offensively Bama should be better next year than this year. Their fans think best team ever to come through Tuscaloosa.!But they will be vulnerable in 2020. We should have another peak in 2020 that will give us a shot to compete if these factors I mentioned happen.

Well beside arm strength and great supporting cast one thing that really separates TUA from the others is ball placement. On dam near every throw esp the long ones he put that ball exactly where he needed. Murray looked like the center fielder throwing the ball to home plate and other times like a pitcher throwing the ball to 1st, IE throwing a 99MPH 40 FT. But TUAs throws were just like each one had a GPS chip telling it where to land.

last night's game showed that the Heisman voters have bama overload like the rest of us. Tua is a great Qb and Murray is a great athlete playing QB and will be very good in the MLB, but not a NFL QB at all. Last night was the first time that Murray faced a real defense and it showed.
