Here's their potential coaching staff:

OC- Had an affair with secretary which he admitted to. Also accused of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

DC- Accused of covering up domestic abuse of his then DC. Court forced him to pay 10K to a domestic abuse organization.


It kind of makes you wonder just how bad Freeze really was if they fired him and yet are OK hiring these guys.
