There?s a woman on Twitter, @JanPeacock1 who apparently has lost heat and can?t get help until Wednesday.
I saw someone comment on her tweet and figured I?d bring it over here in case someone could help her.

I have no idea, I think it?s just that no one is available to service the unit due to the holiday. Hopefully she has heat somehow, surely if it?s real bad family or friends will step up.
