Merry Christmas Outdoor Dawgs. I?ll be doing a bunch of work by Monday and then it will be cook and relax time. I hope everyone has an outstanding holiday.

Forgot pics - but family dinner tonight with my folks, sis and BIL and their kids, my W Girl and our two and their plus ones.
I did NOLA bbq shrimp with grits and blackened redfish. Picked up some Southern Soul BBQ for tomorrow.

Counting down to bourbon glazed beef tenderloin on Christmas Eve.

Cookrd breakfast for the fam today and passed out some Christmas happies. We’re going to in-laws tonight for brawts and brewskis. Low-key weekend for us

I had a small ribeye loin (11lbs) that I cut in half and I’m doing an herb crusted prime rib for Christmas Eve dinner at my parents house. It’s got about 2 hours left and I’m headed to church.

I’ll do that. Prime rib is super easy. Just pulled it at 126 aka rare. Wrapped it and headed home. Should be a nice, juicy med rare when I get home

Currently cooking turkey, ham, dressing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, and mac abs cheese for family Christmas at my house

Brother and I did a double smoke offering -- he did a turkey on his pellet smoker and I did my usual ~11 lb brisket. Both were outstanding.
