The 85 rule gave us more teams that could compete. 70 would be huge for schools like Miss State.

Not if the scholarships are rolled into other sports to balance out title 9

The extra 500 would just be allocated to other sports and thus the same amount of kids would get schollies.

15 is too drastic. Start at 10, 85 to 75. And as said above, everyone of those 10 needs to go to baseball.

What should happen is those schollys should be rolled down to FSC and D2, that way that football gets better and no kids loose out on the opportunity to play of they want.
