You cant fault a guy for interviewing for a head gig, I hope he gets it and good for him if he does. If you hire quality coaches its going to be part of the game, and they are moving up not moving on.

Big keep for us. He's an ace recruiter and pretty damn good coach on top of that. We'll be lucky to hang on to him for much longer. So let's go big fish hunting while we got him

Boom. Need some real commitments by the HC, OC, and DC. Just 3 years of stability would do wonders.
