5:30 P.M. Outback Bowl parade. Two hours. Ybor City. The dinner reservations in Ybor. Then see how the timing goes.

11 am kick does not bode well for much late night celebration. NYE is typically overrated anyhow, unless you are trying to stalk poon and those days are over for me.

It's actually a 12pm kick time. Still not great if you are wanting to tailgate much before the game after staying out the night before, but better.
