I thought I could enjoy the SEC broadcasts after Vern and Gary were separated after Vern's retirement. But no I can't. I really liked Nesler and Blackledge together on ESPN, wish they could replace Danielson with him.

Gary has just done too many Bama games that he simply knows everyone in the building & has way more knowledge about Bama than any other team.

It leads to a biased broadcast full of excuses.

Well hard to blame Danielson for that since CBS puts Bama on every other week during the season. As far as I know he doesn't pick the games.

Brad Nesler is at every game Danielson is, and seems very professional. I know he is not the color analyst, but... he is not the echo of partiality that Vern was.

Tus isn't a fake I don't think. Playing with a bad knee that probably needs some or cleaning up. If u have never had a knee problem u have no idea how it feels, I know from experience.

Did you guy see the College Gameday segment today where Tua said his dad would beat him with a belt when he played bad?

I wonder if that's where Tua developed his tendency to act hurt when he makes a bad play?

Seems like that would be a pretty good reason

Agree.

It's clear that their QBs just get the ball out so much quicker & are able to handle blitzes.

Blame Moorhead, blame Fitz, i don't care. Point is that it was a real deficiency that put us on that 2nd level.

I think we can compete with both of these teams in trenches, with them also being far far better at WR & TE

Bama looks so damn disjointed on O. Hand off on 3rd and 3 went to the side with 3 defenders at the line to just 2 blockers. That's a blown read/call; they never had the numbers. Every time Tua drops back there's free rushers in his face ad the check down lanes are clogged with red. One would think if you're bringing an extra man and also have coverage guys stay near the line that there's good 1 on 1 deep balls available, but why isn't Bama taking shots?

Yeah his throws have to much hump in them.

His throwing motion looks like he?s struggling to make deep passes. Almost like a short armed pass with a lot of hips.

Fromm does not deserve to win by not selling out there for first down. Playing scared will not beat Bama. They have a playoff spot on the line and he slides two yards short of first down. Straight p*ssy move.

Yep, that's a situation where even a QB has to lower his head and get the first down. He would have got it easily.

The one position group of Bamas' that hasn't been terrifying these last few years is their OL. They were mediocre last year, looked bad some this year, got obliterated by our DL (even worse than most other OLs do), and have given up a ton of pressure today to a bad pass rushing team.

Has Saban replaced OL coaches recently? Surprised he's let such mediocrity continue this long

Well they allowed Bama to run a pick play that have Waddle a TD. Then they allowed Pierschbacher to hold the middle linebacker until Hurt passed him on the td run. Both should have been 15 yarders. Both should have removed points from the board.
