If you go back and watch, Corral was clearly looking for a reason to start a fight. He saw both punches thrown by Abram & AJ then proceeded to go after Abram but Peters stepped in and it looks like both simultaneously locked on to one another's face masks.

I think upon further review, Peters should get a pass. What the 17 was Peters supposed to do?
