This is going to be interesting.

Who's gonna take that job with the likely hood of a 4 or less win season & the entire staff getting fired after next season?

If they are willing to fire McGriff, they may as well clean house & start over. It's the only way I think you could convince a quality DC to come

On the other hand, I think means Luke is back for another year.

Think there is a "deer camp" meeting taking place today?

They'll get somebody for big money. Hell, McGriff was pulling down $1M+ and he didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. They thought he'd just recruit them a better defense.

Didn't they have to give McGriff $1 Mil per year with a 3 year contract? They will have to either go for someone like McGriff that has never had a chance to be a DC or pay an up and comer way above his pay grade to risk the set back to his career.

I'd love to have him as a position coach if a spot opens. He's supposedly a good recruiter and a good coach... not a DC though, definetely not a DC

Looked it up and he was there in 2011 as DB coach.

Really? Why and who would you replace? TBUCK is twice the coach crime dog is. I wouldn?t touch McGriff or have him anywhere close to my defense

I wouldn't replace anyone. If a spot opened though, I'd have no problem with him on staff. Bass chaser looked it up for me... McGriff has worked under shoop before at vandy
