It was Learfield Sports that accepted the company as a sponsor. The company is now no longer associated. I am not sure how much due diligence goes into taking a company's money. It isn't like it is one call that's all where the company is actually an individual.

Apparently that guy got a pardon due to his connections to Barbour and Ole Miss people. So......their fans were working to cover up his activities. So who is really at fault here?

The Ergon family wrote a letter to Haley Barbour asking the Governor to pardon said sponsor. Haley issued pardon. Sponsor guy off the hook.
