That's fine but you would a think a kid that talented would have at least 1 or 2 plays where that elite talent showed. He didn't. It's concerning. It's a reason MSU nor anybody else has offered. Maybe they find out & are comfortable with taking him I just don't think it's a slam dunk he gets an offer.

What can an OV include? Can we work him out? If the measurables are still good, maybe taking a shot is worth it. Kirby-lane is kinda the same deal, right?

This is an unofficial hes OV in December. If the staff decides they want him cool. He obviously has/had elite talent at 1 point & he's strictly depth next year. I just would like those questions answered 1st.

Well let me clarify... Coaches can not conduct workouts nor can they observe workouts. Sometimes "captains" will workout a prospect and judge how well they will fit.

With Walker I think it's simple - if we have a spot come signing say you take him as a flier. If he doesn't work out he's easy to cut

With more carries than the other two. His numbers dropped a lot this second half and he didn’t play a couple of games it looks like. Injury? Other issues? I don’t know. Still a bunch of questions

I think we still keep the OV on. If his offer is dependent on others we're not going to find out about the other guy(s) this weekend.

Ehh if you have room to sign 2 RB with 1 being a juco I don't mind. As long as we sign a HS RB too I can be ok with this signing. I do have some questions though.

Maybe just sign Witherspoon and if we miss move Marcus Murphy to RB. He can give us 5-7 carries per game. Or steal my man Dee Baker from USM. He can fly.

I take him as a low risk high reward guy. If he's a bust well there were red flags. If we take him after no one else wants him and he thrives here- huge win for us.

He coached RBs at Vandy under Franklin. He's seen SEC defenses before.
