Dak had a damn good game when he had to and the cowboys season was on the line. Add in that Vander Esch is turning into a beast.

Cooper appears to be opening up their offense and building Daks confidence.

Dak was clutch all night tonight. Big drive at the end of the first half and game winning drive in the 4th quarter. Great win!

Dak grinds. Kinda like Russell Wilson. Amari plugged a hole that had to be filled for the passing game to have a prayer.

Zeke was a beast tonight. Blocks like FB on top of his run game and receptions.

Cowboys need to find a #1 TE

Defense was back to being bad-ass after stinking it up last week. Too much partying on the bye week I guess.

Garrett took his coaching pills in the 2nd half. He remember that Dak can roll out and also handoff the ball to Zeke.

Cowboys looked good last night. Schedule is brutal though... at falcons, redskins, saints, eagles, at colts

I hope Dak throws for 300 yards every game and Dallas loses them all. Until that staff is fired .500 is the norm in Dallas. And I’m loving all the sports guys ripping on Jerry.

Not really. 5 of their last 7 are against teams with losing records. Falcons lost to the Browns yesterday. They've got a shot to be 8-8, maybe even 9-7.

Question now is if you are Dallas do you think you can compete next year? If the answer is yes they need to trade up into the first round and go get Brown or Metcalf (sucks but it makes sense). Find you an impact TE round 2 or 3. Then in free agency go get Funchess or Tate and maybe another OL.

Cowboys defense is fine. But they have to take pressure off Zeke and Dak by getting better weapons. Cooper helps but they way overpaid for him. But he still gives them a foundation. Could you imagine Dak, Zeke, Cooper, Funchess, Brown, and Beasley at the offensive skill positions? Maybe add an Irv Smith from Bama at TE? That's dangerous.

I'm not super high on AJ as a pro, but Metcalf opposite Cooper would be sick. Doubt either one will be ready to play immediately though given that playground offense they've spent the last three years in.

The cowboys also have a losing record. At Atlanta won't be easy... cowboys are a 4.5 dog

Brown and Metcalf might be there in the 2nd round. This draft is extremely deep with Defensive Linemen. That is going to push out other people into the 2nd round. Gallup is looking better but they really need either a big WR or TE because their redzone offense struggles without someone like that.

I know. They've had some close wins but they also had some close losses. 3 point loss to the Redskins. 3 point OT loss to the Texans. 8 point loss to Carolina.

They get on a streak and they've got a shot at .500. But either way their schedule is still favorable.

Offensive play calls were better last night and the defense is closing out games. Most of the losses, the defense gave up some plays down the stretch. It almost happened last night but the rookie LB is starting to show why he was a 1st round pick along with Smith. Great couple of young LBs for the future. If the Oline can keep improving then they have a chance at the playoffs.

They still need a new QB coach. Dak needs to learn under someone with more experience than Kellen Moore.
