I think so. Anriel looked pretty good too. In fact, the entire team looked good.

Vic is an awesome team builder, the perfect combinations of talents and personalities. It’s going to be a fun year with these gifted ladies.

Schaefer’s ability to reload just amazes me. We lost four key seniors from the 2017 team and were even better in 2018. We lost an all-time great senior class from last season and still look like a national title contender this year. And even looking ahead next year, McCowan will be a huge loss and we lose a few other senior starters, but we also play a ton of freshmen and sophomores this year and are well equipped to be a top tier program for years to come. All this from a program that was totally irrelevant both nationally and among our own fanbase five years ago.

I was at the game. They dominated the first half. UVA played a great 3rd quarter and then State just wore them down in the 4th. Bibby looks like she is going to be a much better shooter this year and Espinoza-Hunter (UCONN transfer) looks like she can be a difference maker.

The team will gel as the season goes on.. We have the pieces in place for a really special season again. Coach Vic has really set himself apart in the SEC with recruiting and coaching. He does both extremely well

At this point McCowan and Howard should be the highest scorers and stats on the team. But we have tons of young talent, going to be fun to watch. Myah, Wiggins, carter, danberry, Bibby, Holmes, Espinoza. This is going to be good

I watched it on my Hughes Satellite internet and it was lousy streaming, and it costs me an arm and leg for bandwidth cost.

The D is awesome and the O will come, hope to see more of #1 as season progresses.
