We've scored 7 vs Kentucky on the road and 3 vs LSU on the road. We lost by 21 at Kentucky and 16 at LSU. Kentucky and LSU ain't bama. The line is justified

Defense travels. This will be the best defense they face all year. I guess since Fitz had four turnovers at LSU they are figuring State will have turnovers leading to scores.

It's more of a slight to the MSU offense than the Defense, IMO... I think they are assuming MSU isn't gonna score a bunch.

This was also the best defense LSU and Kentucky had faced, they still put up the spread they did on us. We lost 19-3 to LSU and Bama beat them 29-0. That's a 45 point swing from us to them vs the same team. Our D can play great, but the O has to move the ball or they'll brake

That was my point but one thing I usually don't assume just because one game went one way means another game will do the same. Different game and different circumstances with different bounce of the ball. If we play LSU or KY again that doesn't mean the turn out.

We had growing pains. Regardless of how much you want to blame Moorhead, we didn't get his offense well enough early in the year.

We wasn't only that we played bad in those games, we weren't good yet.

Honestly our offense still hasn't figured out Moorhead's offence...there were quite a few plays against La. Tech where we just had no idea what our assignments were. Until we clean that up we will struggle against good teams.

I think we are good enough to overcome those missed assignments against most teams, Bama is on a different planet though. This very well could be the best Bama team under Saban and that is saying something. People want to talk about last year but we had them at home and they were playing 2nd and 3rd string LBs. That helped a lot.

Having our starting QB miss all of spring and the first game really hurt us more than anything else..

No way in hell I would touch this as a gambler. I think Bama beats us pretty handily, but this team has been all over the place this season and quickly improving. Couple that with two gimpy QB's on the Bama side and anything could happen (like a 21 point win instead of 25).

The line is accurate..... embarrassing but accurate. Bama's offense is on a different level, and their defense will not let Fitz have a good game.

I'm not.....BAMA pretty much insults everybody during the real games anyway. No big deal. BTW, my first 3 plays against them.

1) Flea Flicker
2) Fake RPO w/ inside BAMA pass to a RB.
3) Pitch sweep to RB, throwback pass to Fitz on opposite side of field.

...and later in the games throw in some fumblerookskis, statue of liberties, screens, double reverses, draws, and a couple quick kicks by Fitz to pin BAMA back. Mix all in at appropriate times. Dont do anything to confront BAMA with straight up football. And always remember.....against BAMA, you only have 2 seconds to get rid of the ball when you pass. I figure maybe we'll screw them up since we're probably screwed anyway.
