Anyone else watching?

I know the opponent isn?t very strong but we look pretty impressive. The freshmen seem to be nice additions.

Yep, Q not playing due to precaution but we look really balanced. Freshmen are as good as advertised.

We are jacking some threes. 65% for the game.

That move by Perry right there was nice working off the pick and roll.

If our team can work efficiently off the high ball screen, man with our length we will be hard to handle by a lot of teams.

Gonna have to shoot better from the line.

I think we have a nice top 7. Then there's a bit of a drop off.

Great to see Tyson knocking down shots. Perry looked awesome. What a boost off the bench.

Our starting five, Tyson Carter and the 3 freshmen are no drop off. That’s 9 right there.

I think DJ Stewart is going to be a nice player but he's not on the level of our top 7. I would redshirt him to make it harder for him to transfer but I know we won't. Woodard has a role as our number 8.

Think DJ Stewart has a really high ceiling and really good athleticism but he has a ways to go as a pure basketball player.

Woodard was a bit lost getting back on defense.

Stewart, he dribbles with his head down until he is past half court.

Perry leaving the ground early and will get into foul trouble...

That's the only complaints I could find. Lol!

Both Woodard and Perry have great touch. Woodard, especially, already has a good frame on him.

Perry and Woodard are going to be REALLY good for us in their careers here.

Just all typical newcomer learning curves. They'll get it.

All three of these freshman will contribute, with Perry having the biggest immediate impact. This group of freshmen are gonna have the advantage of being able to play their way into the system with more experienced, quality players and won't have to learn on their own without seasoned experience like the group of 7 from Howland's first class. The value of that cannot be overstated and it will be obvious by how much faster they develop than that first group.

Also of note, I was happy to see that both Lamar and Nick played with more control...Lamar made some crazy good passes in transition.

Many think Perry may be our first 1-and-done, and in short, he's got a 1-year career with us.

If he performs to that level, combined with what we have coming back, then I'm expecting nothing less than Sweet-16 (if not further).

Well his name makes it sound like he should be 60, so he's ahead of the curve.

I don't think he's a 1 & Done kid but he's definitely a 2yr Guy.
