You could see the potential when he was here! It really is amazing to me how well he and Papelbon have done in the pros.

Actually he had a hairline fracture in his forearm. Hitting probably would have made it worse.

Is Woodruff the only Mississippi 1A player to make it to the majors in the last 20 years? In High School he could only pitch 3/4 speed because his catcher said he would quit the team if he threw full speed.
