Maybe other coaches on this board can attest to this. It seems with the zone read and RPO, Kentucky and Florida defenses were forcing Fitz to run (or he was making the wrong read and running himself). With Fitz's injury, where he could in the past go 15 -30 yds a pop his burst is only allowing him to get about 4-5 yds a carry.

The main problem with the runs is we are confused in who and how to block. Until the line gets it's role straightened out it won't get any better.

I would be interested to see the film breakdown on why the offense is stagnant. If the Oline doesn't have its crap together then it really doesn't matter if we have Gurley and Tom Brady in the backfield.
