Hmmm what did Patton tell Montgomerys chief of staff I want them to fight for me and they will because they are well trained or something to that effect. Lombardis' guys used to dog cuss him every day, but they loved him. I sure Saban gets cussed every day but his players play hard for him. Dam O even gets the best out of his of players. That's what leaders do, they expect the best from their subordinates and sets high standards/goals to achieve but they also put them in the best scenarios to succeed. Right now Moor isn't doing that.

IT'S so much easier to win with teammate as a Leader rather than a coach. I've already stated that I don't like Moorhead's type of discipline. You can't do that in the South. Our kids respond to a in your face kind of coach. Rather than this quite talk over your head discipline. If we had a player like Dak that would get in your face and not be scared of you, but the other way around. That could change a lot.
