I'm reading tweets about it. Apparently Wier-Boerner, Populous (Hugely successful architecture firm), and Janet Marie Smith will all be working with us. That's an incredible group right there. Engie was right to be excited about our design/architecture team.

Populous, formerly HOK, is THE place for overall stadium design in the country. Janet is the foremost baseball architect in the country. The architects we are working with at W-B are MSU grads that FULLY understand the allure of Dudy Noble.
I've also been reassured that we are going to make a go with whatever they say needs to happen under the pretense of being the best college baseball stadium in the country -- regardless of what that is. All options are on the table...
Those nerds that like reading about such things need to read this article -- and then get real woolly about the extent to which she "gets it".

I really really like what you're saying. Hopefully our older fans will understand if/when they tell us that we need to start over with a new grandstand. We need everyone behind this 100%. This will change our program forever if it's done right, and the design team we have historically hasn't done anything half-ass.
As soon as I heard Populous was going to be involved, I nearly shat my pants. No joke. They and J-M Smith are the best in the business at every level.

Yes.
Populous has their name on damn near every football project out there. They have a "little" more competition in the baseball area...
