A mixed bag for me this weekend: we sucked, Liverpool won again and are off to their best start in nearly 30 years, the old high school won as expected (as they almost always do when expected), The SC Trojans won a thriller, but they suck too. None of them are out of their respective competitions. Liverpool looks like my real hope for glory this year. Of the others, MSU is at a crossroads and next week may determine the eventual route, the old high school is usually what they appear to be (this year decent but not great, maybe a bit better than we thought going in), SC is also at a crossroads.....and I think they may take the wrong turn. My rotating second favorite gave their despised opponent a scare, but they lost. Sigh.
