SC is kind of looking like the post-Robinson/McKay era right now. The NCAA actually DID hammer SC. They still haven't recovered. Losing Pete was the big thing, even with the major scholarship losses. I think that may be the NCAA objective from now on in major cases, forcing the head coach out. I think that's why they went with what we think is light on UM. The target was already gone from the scene of the crime.

I think you're correct about this. I was impressed how Minshew stood in the pocket, did not get rattled, and was very accurate throwing the ball. He would have been great for a team like LSU. I didn't understand Leach's call on 3rd down with time running out and running the ball to set up the FG try, which was blocked. Looked like he was playing for OT instead of trying to win the game.

While I personally wouldn't want to live in LA, that should be the dream job for Mullen. And I thought that before he took FL job. Their expectations ain't what FL fans are, yet you can win Natty's there easier than in FL. Pac 12 schedule and USC can own CA in recruiting if it so chooses. The tradition with USC is top 5 or so too.
