Lunch. Last week I removed a spinalis from a whole ribeye loin so I’ve had this whole roll of kinda ny strips I’ve been eating.

Got the first wave of the grill going at the tailgate. Pork & veggies on a stick, boudin, deer sausage, and chicken ( Yard Bird).

I may have set a record this morning for the most unhealthiest breakfast evah especially considering I'm a nutrition nerd. Cooked a big mess uh bacon then proceeded to throw frozen tater cubes into the bacon grease to cook them. yummy,

Off week this week, so I went to a meet this morning. Just got back and having a cigar and beer after a long week. Not cooking shit. Pizza and beer. Fishing isn’t supposed to be good tomorrow so no kayaking this weekend either.
