Has the play clock rule changed?

Not going to the game enabled me to watch a lot of football and there have been a lot of delay of game calls on offensive.

Probably just a "first game or two of the season" type trend for most teams. Refs still spotting the ball at a normal time. We'll get better at it

Coaches taking to long to get the play in. Multiple times Saturday there was 10-11 seconds on the clock and the offense was still looking over at Joe.

It's the coaches and the QBs taking too long. I've seen the QBs change the play way late several times.
