Sure, he could've made a better throw where he threw it low on the scramble but the receiver ran right into coverage. Had he just stopped, he would've been wide open. The guy ran right into the oncoming safety. If Dak puts that ball on Target, the receiver gets killed.

Dude, Dak can only run the plays the OC calls for him. Those runs by Cam were options, where he read the DE, waited on him to crash (which they did every single time), and he takes off. The Dallas offensive scheme is total shit, and it's less to do with Dak and Zeke as it is the morons on the sidelines wearing headsets.

Yep....not going to be a lot of money on that next contract. Keep playing like this and if Dallas tanks.....they will be looking to draft a hotshot QB next year. It also appears to me Witten and Bryant were never replaced with anything close to them. The defense wasn't playing bad, but you can't keep them out there on the field nonstop.

Amazing how in the 4th quarter when they started running some zone/read it opened up the run game and the passing game. Dak ran for his life on about 90% of dropbacks yesterday.

I think it's a mix. I think Dak is a decent NFL QB but he's more of a system guy that is as good as the people around him. That's not a knock necessarily, but the reality is that he's not an elite arm talent nor is he a gunslinger that can get really hot.

if I'm looking for the modern comparison he's a lot like Andy Dalton, but with a little more leadership charisma.

The roster management and playcalling has not helped him out at all though to be sure. Their WR corps the NFL equivalent to our Croom years.
