Nobody can deny that FSU sucks. Like Arkansas level suck. Yet VT was actually outgained by them last week and got some good breaks, so they aren't good. Miami is significantly worse than the 4/5th best West team. Clemson basically tied the 4/5th best West team. GT lost to USF, NC lost to ECU, Virginia lost to Indiana, Duke beating northwestern is literally the only thing going for the ACC. They have 1 #5-10 team (Clemson), 1 top 20 team (VT, maybe), and Miami might be rankable. That's it, for a P5 conference.

The Pac-12 has Washington (#5-10), Stanford (top 15), and USC (top 20). The ACC is arguably worse than the Pac now.
