Big legs are going to have problems.

Their best game last year was probably against Oklahoma but I think Baker and company took them lightly and a football game broke out in the process.

Watch the Iowa St. game and the Vandy game from last year. Mason's defense shut their offense down. He had just enough offense to win the game.

They are going to have to triple team zone block.

What's K-State's returning starters from last year look like?

I know they have all five of their big legs back. They did not look good to me. I just don't know how they are going to contain the speed and size of our D line. There coach is smart. We will see.

The mighty South Dakota Coyotes had 3 sacks and 8 TFLs vs KSU.....

As I said in another thread, what our DL is going to do to their OL will be criminal.

One guy we really have to watch for is their receiver Zuber. He's quick and prolly their best receiver. Judging by Dantzler's stats and pass breakups last week I think he is the ideal guy to cover him.

Does Kansas still have sodomy laws on the books?**

Are you kidding? They still marry barn animals.

I watched about 20 minutes of this...KSU is in big trouble.

Well I guess their defensive co-ordinator was just playing a base defense but dayum they looked lost on defense most of the game their Linebackers were just in zone and rarely made plays..... but 4 turnovers and 13 penalties by did not reflect they are a "well coached" team as they had to play their first string the whole game.

One thing to note is that their secondary is very bad. That wide camera angle shows that while they know their assignments, they got beat often on very simple routes often by different receivers. Just don't look big or that fast. That's nothing to do with a base defense being simple or lax discipline. We should be able to pass all over them. Their front 7 looked ok but they look a lot slower and less athletic than what we're used too. OL should have no problem holding their own if the protection is set correctly.

Their QBs can't reliably hit the broad side of a barn at 10 yards, and the OL struggled almost all game against guys that wouldn't make our DL 3 deep. Honestly, the problems KState has do not look effort, execution, or discipline related. They just look bad, and I don't think 1 week is enough time to dramatically change their flaws. If we aren't in the lead by 2 TDs going into the 4th I'll be shocked and very disappointed

I looked at their record fro last year and Kansas gave up a lot of points. Even in the games they won.

Yea, SDSU was getting consistent pressure with just their front 4. It’s going to be a rough day for that o line Saturday.

Has no bearing on this year and doesn't matter at all.. Unless Texas Tech, KSU, OM, and us all return 22 starters. Do they? no? then it dont matter

Bartoo was harping on games vs lesser opponents this morning. He brought up Clemson almost losing to NC State and Troy last year. He said he expects a close game tomorrow. I really think he hopes K State wins b/c it would make his matrix look better. I hope hope we blow their ****ing doors off to make him look like an idiot.

Sad thing is ..this wasn't SD State which is a good team....it's just plain ole South Dakota

Those big slow O/L that had trouble blocking the coyotes , will have big trouble vs Simmons and Sweat and CO. I can't see K-state scoring more than 10 points. Our wr's will have a big day. If the game is won in the trenches -then we will win this one.

Let's not forget, Bill Synder invented football. It came to him as he was making his way home from the French and Indian War.

He's probably the guy who lit the match that burned the capital during the War Of 1812.

Snyder must have been the one who brought back the clap to Europe.
