Also he's 10-15 (5-13 Big 10) in his head coaching career. Before he took over, Maryland had made 2 bowls in the previous 3 seasons, so it's not like he inherited an awful program or anything. I don't see anything to suggest he's a good head coach, much less a very, very good one.
