Northern Illinois played in the Orange Bowl last year and they are 6-0. #24 is probably okay. They won't bust the BCS this year unless Louisville flames out. All six BCS conferences have a Top 12 team. That's actually odd.

ACC has three in the top 10 (would be four with Louisville next year). They are making a bid to be the second best conference.

Halfway through the season, its still looking like Alabama-Oregon this year (with Clemson/FSU winner and Ohio State as the other playoff teams. Can't wait for next year with the playoff. Its going to be epic.

Mizzou started low, that win over UGA was impressive. They absolutely dominated a Georgia team that beat LSU. I'm not sure they shouldn't be higher than 14th. Baylor is still my darkhorse. I think they can win the Big 12, and the computers will love them. Wouldn't be surprised if they are Top 10 in BCS standings.

That wasn't the same uga team that beat lsu though. At least offensively. They were missing 8 week 1 starters + WR3 and Marshall who is probably the best back up RB in the country. Also it's being reported Franklin might be done for the year for mizzou with his separated shoulder and they have Florida, Carolina, and a&m left to go. I think 14 is plenty generous for now.
