I think this is fair but I believe we have the pieces and parts and it's a long season.

We'll get better and better as the season progresses. I also love how the season slowly ramps up. That plays in our favor.

Decent idea but it doesnt make a damn how much we throw it deep vs SFA. I can promise you SEC teams defensive coaches probably will have cut this film off by this point if they even watch it at all.

We are going to get run boxes and man coverage till we prove we can throw it a little bit. We know we can run it, other SEC teams do too. We just have to be able to throw it a little bit.

We have the guys and the system just need to work out the kinks by the time UK rolls around

Some of y'all need some damned perspective. Yes, KT has struggled at times. Yes, CBs have had some shaky moments (mostly Peters). We're still on the verge dropping 60 on SFA. This is one of those games where every mistake seems magnified because you expect everyone to look like Superman on every play. That isn't reality. Getting Fitz back will help. I still really like Dantzler and we should have 2-4 picks. We're going to be just fine. Everyone relax and enjoy the beatdown. Unless you'd rather watch us lose to f'ing Maine aGAIN.

We will be fine on defense. We put it on cruise control way back. Peters does concern me he looks uncomfortable at times then looks good at times.

Dantzler and Tyler Williams would get the most snaps if it was me. They look smooth

You know why the record is 7 TDs? because 99% of the time in these games you'd pull the starter after 5. It's just in this game, the starter is also the backup. Besides, Keys 1st TD was a swing pass that was well blocked. He's had 2 other TD passes where the defense completely lost track of their assignments. He's been throwing terrible, we all can see it

I agree. KT needs to keep throwing. No matter how many TDs he's accounted for, he's looked pretty bad for the most part. And 42% completion percentage is pretty much awful. He will get better but I expected better than that.

11 years ago, Wesley Carroll couldn't hand the ball off in game 1 and went on the road and beat a 9-win Auburn team in week 3. So hopefully it's just nerves.
