Here is how well we make adjustments:

We have scored 183 points this season, and have scored 77% of our points in the first half.

If you throw out Alcorn and Troy, we have scored 70 points against all other teams and a staggering 85% of our points in the first half of those games.

Our coaching staff simply isn't making adjustments, and this is the reason we can't win a big game.

Someone in the media needs to highlight these numbers and ask about them at the next press conference.

Why, so Mullen can laugh, give a cocky grin, and say "Eh, I mean, a lot of those times we're playing second teamers. Next question".

Did you see his post game presser last night? He was laughing and acting like he could not care less. Blamed the defense multiple times, meanwhile his offense didn't score a point in the 2nd half as you said. Blamed youth and injuries, etc.

The only thing he said of value was that we need to clean up our defense right before halftime. But why has that not been done yet? It's been 3 weeks since the last time we were burned right before half. This is the type of shit I'm talking about. Why do we have to get burned in multiple games by the same things before even attempting to fix them?

on the flip side of that- we run the same shit every week- why dont defenses adjust to us in the 1st half of games?

We have scoring ops in the 2nd halves of games- but we cant make a FG to save our life

Not disagreeing, and, truly, the problem is probably a mix of different things, but this trend needs to be fixed or improved whatever it is. Honestly, what does Balis made mean if you suck in the 2nd half of games?

our lack of offense in the 2nd half may be do to a lack of depth on the OL. We also gave up 28 points to LSU in the 4th, which could be a conditioning issue.

Auburn - late game drive & no offense in the 2nd half.
LSU - Total team breakdown in the 4th Qt.
BGSU - no offense in the 2nd half.

We may not be making necessary adjustments at halftime, but our effort in the second half on offense has sucked. No urgency to win games.

Absolutely, 100%, nothing to do with it.
