Watch the video at the top. Annalist is really high on us and thinks we get 8+ drafted and "break hearts" in the West.

Of note, Bama is #1, UGA #4, Auburn #10, State #17, and SC #25. LSU being left off is the biggest surprise imo, their D will be top 10 and keep them borderline ranked as their floor.

mandatory viewing for all MSU fans. I like that analyst.

So who are these "atleast 8" players that are gonna get drafted?

Definitely: Simmons, Sweat, Fitz, Mclaurin, Green, Jenkins. Who else? Maybe Peters, Abrams, Aeris, Thomas?

LOL. I like the analyst's enthusiasm but maybe he's been over to Gene's Page a little too much?

Mattich is one of the best out there.

Leo Lewis could get in that discussion as well with a good season, I?m sure he?s ready to get out of Mississippi after making the mistake of telling the truth when asked

I agree with this and would add Peters, Guidry and Cole in the "maybe" category with truly great seasons. All 3 have really good measurables, so will have a chance if they put good film out there this year. Daryl Williams is highly thought of, but you don't see many guards leave early unless they are elite.

Enough with the talk already, we need to get to hittin', tacklin' and runnin' ..

The wool is so thick I don't know if I can walk up the steps in Davis-Wade................

With a decent season, Peters will be drafted. He will test well at Pro day. He was projected by some between rounds 4-7 if he had been an early entry after the 2017 season. Peters' problem is that so far his production hasn't matched his potential/looks/measurables.

Sounded like my wife when she describes how good I am in the bed. My only problem with her i have while having sex is she gets too sac religious by calling Oh GOD and DEAR JESUS.

Man, Jenkins is rated #1 Center? That would be pretty great if he went the first 2-3.

Not only would we have alot of players drafted, but we could have 4-5 players drafted in the first 3 rounds.

Without improvement on consistently throwing the ball on target 20 plus yards downfield, Fitz will be lucky to be a 7th round pick.

Fitz might be a 6-7th round pick just based on being an athlete. If someone doesn't think he can be a QB then someone will draft him to be a WR/TE. He is pretty damn fast at 6-5 230 lbs.

Only way Fitz doesn't get drafted is if he has another bad injury that makes him miss time. 12 QBs drafted last year. Fitz is a Top 12 QB for draftable QBs this year.

This cannot be ruled out. Matt Jones (not quite as fast but stronger) 2.0 minus the coke?

Yes, if Fitz proved he had good hands, he was a WR until his senior year in high school, and has a good 40. Matt Jones did run either a 4.4 or below but I could see Fitz running a 4.5 at a heavier weight. Basically a bigger faster version of Mohamed Sanu. Sanu was also a QB in college.

FItz will be compared to Alex Smith and will climb the board. Hell be drafted as a QB first.

I remember a lot of message board posters were pissed when we signed Jenkins. He was barely a 3-star and his best other offers were from Arkansas State and Louisiana Tech.
