Love looking at y'alls grilling and stuff. I'll post some of my grilling soon. Even though I consume meat regularly, during the day I snack on high fiber fruits and veggies and my energy and focus has improved big time. I've all but replaced breads, rice and taters with whole grain crackers, beans, lentils, black eyed peas, quinoa, etc.... I started in Jan and have lost 15 lbs and over 2 inches of waist line. No exercise yet but that's next on the agenda. Here's my lunch today. Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with Tony's, pears, peaches, almonds, queso fresco cheese , crackers, and a few olives.

I?ll probably cook some tomorrow since I haven?t in over a week. Just got in from vacation and I plan I putting the kayak in the water tomorrow. I love fish sandwiches, so I ate them probably every other meal, but here?s a few of the good ones
Some pretty decent shrimp and grits for brunch one day

Underneath the crab, shrimp, scallops and lobster sauce there was a rare 8oz filet

Wahoo BLT. Always wanted to have Wahoo, but I wasn?t blown away. Very mild and the texture reminded me of swordfish, but maybe I just didn?t get a good cut

Best meal I had. Hogfish ?Reuben?. It was called something else, but it was a Cuban take on Hogfish with some amazing sweet tater fries that I had for the very first time.

I did some unsuccessful wade fishing but the view I saw every morning and evening made up for it. Ate some good food, drank a ton of mojitos, had some good cigars, kayak?d with sharks and manatees, and took a bunch of much needed r&r

Taco salad and 1800 on the rocks. I think I could go to bed before 10pm. I’m either old, tired or both
