I won't talk spoilers unless someone wants to discuss the movie.
I thought it was a good movie, comparable to the first Antman. My wife talked about how most of the "cool stuff" was shown in the previews which is true. You at least have a glimpse of most of the action if you have watched the trailers. It was once again pretty funny and Michael Pena' was our favorite part. The guy is just hilarious. If you stay until the end it does link up with Avengers 3.
All in all it was a solid movie and worth watching. I will probably buy it when it comes out on digital like I do all Marvel movies.
