So the NCAA is ****ing the winners bracket. The loser tomorrow will go 2 and que. Bad decision by the NCAA to do that.

10 a.m. on ESPN2.

Of course, weather will be a factor tomorrow too.

I’m not concerned about their starting pitching. Oregon State lost that game to them because they allowed 4 unearned runs. He’s also a righty so it’s not that big a deal.

Why even announce the 11pm rule if you aren’t going to follow it. This feels like an ESPN thing

NCAA makes up the rules when it’s convenient.

They should just go ahead and call a run limit on this game and let us play tonight. Washington down by 7 now, OSU still scoring, and only one inning to go.

They'd have to pay overtime for the announcers and they're on a budget. **

They could be looking at the radar for the next few hours. If the weather looks like there is a big change we still get rained out, even if we get it in before 11, I rather know now so the team can rest for the early start tomorrow instead of hanging around for another 3 hours then having to be back early tomorrow

Not the first time the NCAA hasn't followed through with their rules.

Nothing heading that way on radar.

Not going to lie... it's STUPID! I agree. They did not want to bump a MLB game is what it comes down to

Even worse ESPN has plenty of alternate channels to show one of the games on like ESPN News.

Probably benefits UNC....they will now throw a better pitcher than what they had planned.

So Oregon State gets to sit around and rest today while their Wednesday opponent plays. Seems fair. And avoidable.

So many babies in here complaining about how it's unfair and other teams have an advantage now. It's life, sack up and get over it. I'm willing to bet no one on the team is whining to other teammates about how everything has played out and how it's just not fair.

If everything goes south, many of you will blame it on the weather now. I can hear the excuses and butt hurt now.

It's not that it's unfair, it's that it's stupid. If rain was rolling in after the OSU/UW game and we couldn't play, that's not "fair", but that's just the way things work. But not playing a game that could have been played, when you know whether is going to be iffy the next day, is stupid. Now we are on a compressed schedule, and may get stuck in a situation where our game is broken up by rain delays, which unnecessarily screws with pitching.
