Tadlock is an A+ coach according to scouts regarding evaluating and developing talent. If we got him, that would be a homerun. Best case imo is we both go to Omaha and we don’t hire the new coach until after the season and Omaha.

Texas Tech's talent level is ridiculous.

Tech had 11 guys drafted & lose much of their pitching for next year, but they've got two potential 1st rounders on the roster for next year with 3rd basemen Josh Jung & CF Gabe Holt

Get this, Holt will be sophomore eligible next year & is from ......... Georgia. He was late sign that no other school was on & will be a potential first rounder next year. Kind of a Brett Gardner type player.

Tech over recruits & none of the players there are very happy because they are promised things in the recruiting process that don't come to fruition, but, man...... can they ever recruit. They dig & find players in every corner of the country. They have more athletic position players than any team in America, except Oregon State.

From an evaluation & recruiting situation Oregon State & Texas Tech are better than everyone else. Vandy has the scholarship advantage & Florida has an easier situation with so many local players. Arkansas has done a great job as well.

Don't think cohen has the ability to make it happen but I sure wish he could. Tadlock is easily top 5 in America.

I think you get him if you make him the highest paid coach in the country. The thing is though they are going to Omaha. Our best bet is to win this afternoon and keep our season going so we get a chance to interview him. Starkville is definitely better then that shithole Lubbock so we don’t have to worry with that. We need to make him an offer he can’t refuse.
