This may come as a surprise to some, but Tennessee Tech is a better team than Texas.

Texas has more depth, but Tech is much more well rounded offensively & has enough pitching

You nailed it. Ole Miss played the RPI game well by playing people like Long Beach State on the road who weren't that good and they also had a pretty favorable SEC schedule.

I've always thought Matt Bragga would make a good HC for us. Heard him speak at the Alabama Baseball coaches conference and saw how well he communicated the message. Super relatable guy.

He's 45. Has connections in Alabama from his time at Birmingham Southern and Bevill State. Played at Kentucky too. I thought for the last two years that Bragga and Casey Dunn would be two under the radar hires that could potentially work out really well for us.

And if you think Tennessee Tech is only about hitting, they just got pitchers drafted in the 4th, 7th, and 20th rounds. They had 8 guys drafted.

Tennessee Tech has become my favorite team now, after us. I always like the underdog and they're doing a great job.
