Biloxi baseball stadium update

The resolution passed 5-2. As I suspected, they appear to be trying to get the C-USA baseball tournament there and use it as a permanent site. Also as I said- they are going to try to get MSU, Ole Miss, USM, Alabama, and LSU to play games there. This article claims that we are interested in playing a game there- along with the other teams that I mentioned. It kind of surprised me that LSU was interested- they're usually pretty arrogant about playing OOC games outside of Louisiana unless it's a prestigious pre-conference tournament like the one that both MSU and LSU will be participating in Houston, Tx in the near future.

Be nice for me to slip over from Nola and watch some games. That setting is going to be great for baseball and that area has been longing for baseball for a long time. The coast is a big baseball area.
