That's not crazy money. It is a 3rd round selection though and teams covet those. Imagine if he had a great year where he'd be selected.

Halfway through the 6th and the slot money is down to $264,000. I think Small comes back unless a team goes way over slot now. Some team that has drafted a senior could possibly do that though.
