WOW, good for him. The only chance he has is to get the hell out of Batesville, MS. Just surprising and weird to imagine Brassell living in the city of Toronto.

OM fans must hate that, because he is now a pro player, they can't sneak him into their recruiting class this year to boost their ranking.

They like hockey. Ice hockey is awesome.

If the weather here were more ice hockey friendly, I think it could be almost as popular as football. Speed, strength, finnesse, physicality, dropping gloves and settling issues with the opponent... Ice hockey combines all the best elements of all of the other sports.

Even baseball. You get to swing a stick and you've also got the x-factor which is a goalie instead of a pitcher. And the goalie, instead of the batter, has to have quick reflexes.

Think its tough to hit a golf ball well? Try the same swing while moving on ice skates. Then try it with a 240 pound defenseman trying to knock your head off.

So he still plays for a team up North.

I'm a little bit disappointed he didn't end up at Jackson State. It would have been awesome if Jackson State had three Army All-Americans on their team.
