2) Hitter flies out and the outfielder throws out the 2nd base runner at the plate for an inning ending DP.

Query: Does the 1st base runner's run count?

Run counts if the runner on 3rd crosses the plate before the out is made at 2nd since the out on 2nd isn't a force out
