Probably our best chance to win the regional is for Samford to win. I think we would have a much better chance to beat Samford twice than Oklahoma given what pitching we have left.

The severe status on the thunderstorm got lifted, but there still should be some type of weather delay, as there should be lightning and some pretty heavy rain as well as some rain behind that leading edge.

The way Oklahoma hitters were working the counts, I want to face them only once. The most ridiculous stat last night was them scoring the first 16 runs with only 1 XBH. They got a few more after that but the blowout was done by working our pitchers and our defense throwing it around the yard. They singled us to death also. 16 singles. 10 walks and who knows how many wild pitches. Oklahoma is a much more disciplined team. Their new coach is no joke and the last one wasn't either as he's got Georgia as a top 8 seed in his first season.

Yeah I agree with wanting Samford to win. I rather have to play Samford twice than Oklahoma.

My bad. I misheard the announcers today. Former coach is a volunteer assistant for Georgia this year.

Yep then he and the 1st baseman had words and ump had to get between. then samford coach talked to ump about it..
didn't get crap out of the runners though. samford is done. So guess we are playing them tomorrow.

I think we will beat them. Id rather play them than Samford. We play better against better teams for whatever reason

story of the night, samford gets 2 on but can't do anything. OU wins 4-0. We play Samford at 11am so less than 12 hours.
